VIZ Media has announced One Piece Box Set 5: Wano to Egghead, the fifth entry in its sequential story-arc box-set line for Eiichiro Oda's One Piece. VIZ's own announcement states the set "contains volumes 91-111" and covers "the Wano and Egghead arcs" — the occupation of Wano Country through the Egghead Island arc, the manga's most recent long stretch. Confirmed inclusions, per VIZ, are a double-sided color poster and an exclusive One Piece Card Game play mat. This is not a reboot or alternate edition: it is the direct continuation of VIZ's existing box-set line, which (per VIZ's own shop listings) already covers volumes 1-90 across Box Set 1 (East Blue and Baroque Works, vols. 1-23), Box Set 2 (Skypiea and Water Seven, vols. 24-46), Box Set 3 (Thriller Bark to New World, vols. 47-70), and Box Set 4 (Dressrosa to Reverie, vols. 71-90) — so Box Set 5 is the fifth box in a five-box line as of this writing, with volume 111 as its endpoint. That's a real step up from VIZ's own listed prices for the first four box sets: Box Set 1 and Box Set 2 are each $244.99 for 23 volumes (~$10.65/volume), Box Set 3 is $254.99 for 24 volumes (~$10.62/volume), and Box Set 4 is $214.99 for 20 volumes (~$10.75/volume) — all noticeably cheaper per volume than Box Set 5's roughly $11.90. Box Set 5 does not include volume 112 onward; VIZ continues releasing those as standalone paperbacks, so this box closes out the Wano/Egghead stretch but will not bring a reader current with the ongoing series.

One Piece readers who already own Box Sets 1-4 and want to keep the run in matching box-set format through the end of Egghead; anyone deciding whether to start collecting One Piece via box sets versus single volumes or the 3-in-1 omnibus line, for whom the per-volume price comparison above is directly relevant; and anyone who pre-ordered based on VIZ's "Fall 2026" wording and wants the more specific December 8 date now circulating among retailers, with the sourcing caveat attached.
